Does not include a computer or machine controller but I can get these for you if you wish.  Brevis has been used for developing various features of our production machines. Its time to make room for bigger machines and a 3D printer. The laser can be quickly removed and replaced so dust does not get on the lens. All offers considered.

Full structural Kit $2400-00AUD includes assembly drawings and phone support on machine base assembly. Breaking the full kit down Z Axis $900-00AUD, Gantry Assm $675-00AUD, foundation plates $381-00AUD, Machine Base Assm $890-00AUD ie total 2846-00AUD. So the full kit is great value for making a machine. Total machine cost for a Scoot-Series3 CNC build is less than $6000-00AUD. In stock Kit must go to make way for a Series 4 build. For Sale – Random Carbon Fiber Billet

For some time Tetra Motion has been working on a recycling project. Tetra has several customers that make CF parts for motorsport. I’ve asked them to put offcuts into a Tetra bin rather than into the garbage. I pick these bins up occasionally then like a jigsaw put them into a dry stack then vacuum cast them into a billet. They will be sold by the Kg. If you have a particular size requirement just tell us and we’ll make it no obligation. It will go into stock until sold. Will make ideal machine plates and brackets or whatever you need to be that’s light, stiff and damp.  Angles can be made as well just give us the size and thickness you need.

But room has to be made for a big vacuum casting table and the big new Frankenrouter CNC machine so Brevis-1 has to go!! $3750AUD ONO and it fits in a cars boot or back seat.  Comes with a HP laptop, UCCNC motion controller and UCCNC machine controller, CAD (Rhino-1) and CAM. I’ve used drag knives, engravers and ER11 spindles on Brevis. It could be a chocolate extruder next! Comes with 1/8″ & 1/4″ collets.

Scoot CNC is For Sale        SOLD to  a happy boat builder in Brisbane April 2020

Scoot is a CNC router designed to cut wood, timber, plywood, foam and plastic. Its working envelope is 1245x1000xZ200mm. A full sheet can be placed on its bench but it can’t be cut in one go. Its been functioning for 2 years and I have recently overhauled the Z axis with new bearings. I’m building a bigger machine and need the space. Scoot must go!! Scoots footprint is 2400x1200mm. I’m selling it up to the machine port ie it will need a motion controller and computer and CAD system. I use UCCNC but Mach 3 or Mach4 will be fine. It has a gecko 540 controller and large NEMA23 stepper motors. All axes are driven with 16mm belts. It’s a fast machine I use it for making signs, MDF mould plugs eg rudders and foils for boats, guitar necks and parts, bowls and even grave crosses! It has a Makita Router 1/4″ attached. It does not include the dust extraction equipment, tools or vacuum clamps in some of the photos. If you use UCCNC I can provide config file or can set your computer up for you. Scoot is made from stainless steel. Its on a leveling cabinet with 6 drawers and slots for material. Any questions please ask, MUST sell.
